I have read Dales sharing of his inner turmoil and I feel for him as I have been in that position. When I first came across Osho (Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh) it was 1974 and I was a dedicated "zen" Buddhist (or so I believed), I spent a lot of time with the loving "crazy orange people" at a local Ashram but I was an arrogant young man who felt no desire to have a "master" so I never got to meet Osho (though I did spend some time in Pune in 1994, five years after he decided to leave this realm). I sometimes regret not having met probably the greatest spiritual teacher of the 20th Century. One of the reasons I have been attracted to the Openhand work is because you (Open) remind me of Osho in many ways - I wonder if I will ever get to meet you lol. Like Dale I have also been attracted to the early Christian mystics, especially Saint Francis of Assisi but I could never accept the Judeo/Christian idea of "God" as the Old Testament (Torah) Yahweh/Jehova character is clearly a vindictive psychopath. I believe the Gnostics have a more valid interpretation of the Bible stories and myths that the Orthodox or Roman political indoctrination. So, as a seeker of "truth" for more than 50 years, I still find myself reading other peoples interpretations of reality (including yours Open) and have gone down many blind allies and experienced many "dark nights" of the soul. I still sit in silence and wonder who I am and why does it matter so much to me? I believe it was Einstein who said "Insanity is when you keep doing the same thing but expect to get a different result." I guess that makes me a bit insane but sometimes I feel like I am the only sane person I "know" in this obviously insane 3D world I find myself in. Anyway, I started to write this just to say thank you for your guidance and your tireless work (when do you ever sleep?). So thank you Open.

Love, Shantiram
