I gave a notice period of 1 month before I leave the work. So that they would also be better prepared. That's what I innovated about myself today. It just doesn't seem my time's worth. I learned my lesson and its time to move on. But I'm continuing another one which is more flexible and worth my time. This decision didn't happen today but within some days and it emerged painfully out of the uncertainty in my mind. At one point I was accepting of the uncertainty and the lack of answers. Looking at it now it doesn't seem like a risk at all but I guess the need to have answers,confusion were the lessons I had to learn.
