Experiencing a Soul Exchange is a very full-on experience. Because the new soul coming in has to take on the physical landscape of the previous soul - on all levels: physical, emotional and intellectual. Also there will be residual karma from the previous soul, which although wouldn't be yours, would still leave an energetic imprint in your field. When it happened to me, clair visual people could see the two different auras - mine, and that of the previous soul.

You need to be prepared that this is likely to take some considerable time to fully integrate and embody - it's likely to take years for the full transition to settle. Take your time and let the new soul progressively infuse through with appropriate meditations - chakra attunements and something like the Openhand Bow (check the meditations download page)

Just to be clear, how did you recognise a soul exchange had happened?

Do you also realise it is YOU that are the soul?
So you're speaking as if it's you that had the soul exchange. But assuming that's actually happened, it's YOU that has come in as the new soul.
