Always work to get something positive from the pain
Comment
Personally I work on the 'theory' that every type of pain is caused by some resistance to the flow, or non acceptance of what is. Therefore, instead of simply ditching the pain - depression for example - pause and go right into the heart of it with acceptance. Delve really deep, and touch the feeling at the core of it. Then you'll always get something positive from it.
To give an example, I feel like the truth of what's really going on in The Shift out there is not really being given a platform. I see lots of distorted views and non acceptance or avoidance of what's unfolding. And when the truth is expressed, only a small proportion are wanting to hear. That's hard when I know the message is global and feel driven to share it. So sometimes I can feel a degree down about it. But always when I go right into the heart of this, where there's little activity in the outer, I find a deep reverence, stillness and peace at the core of the feeling. It's what I call "state of grace". I find that especially in this reality, that feeling is utterly essential. But you do have to sit with the pain, or sense of injustice to find it. It is priceless when you do.
So my advice is always to explore into any pain, and work to find the positive in it. In this case what I call the "State of Grace".
In loving support
