Well I don’t know if this qualifies but after quite a challenging day, being in the physical, emotional, and mental discomfort of identification with the physical, just sitting in the discomfort of it for hours, I start to come out the other side. A little while later I’m alerted to the colour of the clouds at the back of my house but I feel to go to the front of the house, whereupon I see this:

I was stood in my doorway with the door open (this feels poignant), just in awe of the perfection and beauty of the rainbow. The intensity and apparent coherence of the colours (or more the energy of the rainbow) is what really stood out and was felt most strongly.
The fact that this appeared right opposite my house feels like a clear message for me, although the message hasn’t fully landed quite yet. perhaps a new level coherence wanting to come through?
