The singing meditation with embodying the different frequencies I felt was very effective and will be incorporating regularly, huge thank you. And reading about Dju helps me embrace what I previously vilified. It helps to realize I've embodied Draco frequencies many times in my life to forge through, distorted unfortunately, but I definitely respect and embrace that frequency. Yesterday when Megha spoke through the Anu of 'puny humans' I laughed, and even though the old offendedness wanted to emerge I wouldn't let it. I pictured them instead and tried to understand it from their perspective. My answer was "not for long" but with mirth and gratitude. But it especially warmed my heart when the message was that they are surprised they are finding redemption through us 'puny humans'. That makes it all worthwhile. Amazing!
