What does it mean when the heart goes into Atrial Fibrillation? today my pulse spiked to160. blood pressure 135/101. I went to emergency care. Did all the things they do to slow my heart down. My heart pounded for almost 3 hours. Then poof back to normal. I did not panic or get excited.I talked to my heart and ask why it was doing this. Is my time done here? I could slow it down a bit with breath work but it was not happy. I did think I was having a heart attack. it does feel strange when the heart uncontrollably starts over pumping blood through the body. Any thoughts?
