By reading this main article I got a flash back into my "dark" months a good year ago, when sitting and surrendering in the "mud" this quote came to me from I do not remember where: "Just like the Lotus we too have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness and radiate into the world". And I was painting my all heaviness of the heart and pain of the existence, I was painting this into the various styles of Lotus flowers, until the light started breaking through the black clouds.

Here I share one of those paintings in watercolour which helped me to express out onto the paper and release the karmic pain.
