It was a few alchemical days with Openhand in the Golden age retreat online. I bow to all who dug deep with courage and expressed with honesty and vulnerability. I can't say enough about what I received from all of the sharings. Stepping into a new, different role of support facilitator and holding the energy was deeply challenging and transformative. It brought up a lot of my own personal stuff as well, and my deepest gratitude for having the opportunity to process through many of these layers.

I felt into many layers of investment in the old construct, the intellectual rigidity around it, and with each exploration saw it unravelling. It was because of digging deep into the karmic layers that kept them in place. I can feel the new self that is inviting more change and embracing fear as the possibility for growth. I realized that when the soul is unconsciously suppressed in inertia and attachment to the old construct, without giving permission to move and change with the shift, it is going to create dissonance in one shape or form. Better to embrace what it is yearning to create. Yet the dissonance is where the light enters.

My “why” is not a thing to do anymore, but rather the process of embodying new beingness, which only happens by forging the soul. Any expression which I can bring into the wold is but a reflection of this. I had the most profound example of this this morning by connecting with a soul who is awakening and needed a space to express his feelings and receive supportive feedback. An opening around sovereignty was the realization that Openhand is not something to be believed in or followed, but a place where I can receive huge activatinal energy — yet only I can determine my truth. It is down to me what I do with this activation energy, and I am holding this inquiry in my mind: how can I embody more of these energies in my life? It is by looking at what stops them in the first place and opening through it. I'm meeting the world without judgment, better discernment, more trust in the process and deeper passion and creativity.
