Pulled in two directions

Hi Open,
I’m aware that what happens in the outer is a reflection of what’s happening internally so when my car started making a squeaking sound when going over bumps in the road, it grabbed my attention strongly.
Having taken the car to a garage, the only thing they can find wrong with it is a bush on the right side attached to the suspension arm. The bush apparently helps keep the wheels straight (how it was explained to me) but it is slightly worn and going rusty.
This says to me that there’s a small part of the old construct that I may be hanging on to, and could be pulling me in another direction, while the rest of the ‘vehicle’ which is in good working order, s going in another direction.
It turns out that this one worn part cannot be replaced without also replacing the entire suspension arm. As I’ve been having this enquiry the last several days, there was a sense of an issue around what was ‘holding me up’, supporting the ‘vehicle’. The fact that the entire arm needs replacing speaks into this. It’s a sense of the old cannot be sustained and a new way of being is to be found.
It also feels like I need to be attentive to what might be pulling me in another direction and work with that
I’d be interested if you have any other insights.
Thank you
Nikki 🙏
