Thanks for your inquiry. I can't broadcast completely what I did - because there was a good deal of unseen fluidity in it - if an Intervention can see exactly what you're doing, then they could easily adjust for it!

So there has to be an intuitive sense of rightness with it.

It began by opening into the void, around the feeling of the attack, and then beginning with visualising a dancing hexagonal weave around myself and the camper - which then enfolded further afield.

But fairly quickly in, the visual disappeared, and it became more a feeling movement from the soul.

It's really about experimentation and inquiry, that begins from sacred geometry.

I trust that's a good enough starting point!
