Thanks for sharing Jen - I know how tough it can be in families especially, where others don't necessarily appreciate how you're being and your deeper purpose of service. It's not easy!

But of course there's always massive growth potential in it. And also, as we've talked about many times, it's essential to create one's own space, with one's own vibe - connecting with your own team. It helps enormously.
