Well the New Year Retreat was utterly marvelous - stupendous (photos below to motivate you all positively into your New Year). I cannot begin to explain in words how absolutely amazing it is to be a part of the collective experience of people breaking through into a new sense of expanded self. You could literally feel the consciousness expanding and building throughout the week (everyone out there was deeply felt - thankyou for tuning in).

It's all about people coming to a very strong sense of moving beyond identity, as a point source, that's fixed by expectation of how it should be, based on how it previously was. Instead, becoming a moving flow of consciousness, that's totally interrelated with the universe; picking up on the nuances of movement, the invitation to express and be your true self; reflections are everywhere when we look, confirming "Right Action" and how to step positively forward into consciously creating the moment. There is nothing to compare with this. You are all such special people - you melt my heart *give_rose*

Some closing photos to catch the drift... Group diad work - an energetic tunnel of sharing, "What does if feel like when everything is flowing for you? How are you being?"... It's all about holding the energy, so people can feel resonances of them... Aspa, Marije & Lisa finding plenty to smile about. It's all about conjuring that inner state of higher truth consciousness. Put your attention on it and the flame will grow... Debbie, Etta and Heather - yes, it's all about focus. Reflect on the magical times, feel the energy beginning to well up... Heike - "calling all the angels". And why not! And after finding those nuggets of soul gold, it's important to embody and express them. Here we're doing it in dance and movement - "getting jiggy with it!"... Let it all flow through you - yes be funky! Anatoly expressing his cosmic self - "I'm as big as this!"... Debbie tuning into the Divine. "Wait for it, wait for it, yes it's coming"... Give yourself fully and completely to self expression. Because what you focus on internally begins to ignite and grow. Pennie and Marije letting the feelings flow.. Etta becoming a flow of consciousness. She's disappearing!... Phew, she's still there!... After all the excitement, Jennifer radiating warmth from rosy cheeks... Marc "the philosopher" has gone very deep - as deep as Shiva there in the background!" Lisa coming up looking serene... Rich the camera man - is he filming, praying or both!... Just an absolutely wonderful group - everyone beaming... Thanks so much to you all out there for tuning in and joining us. We could definitely feel you through the ether. With so many international people on the retreat, and all of you out there, it felt like we had "open hands around the world"!
