Sad moon
Comment
The moon is so elusive.
It plays hide and seek with me.
I try to find it,
to figure out where it is today,
but it hides behind the blue sky,
blended out by the sun.
It has always surprised me,
suddenly appearing as a delicate silver sliver
in the morning sky,
or at sunset.
But it makes me sad, that I never know
where it is.
And still it makes the oceans breathe,
the seeds grow,
and the roots dig deeper into the soil.
I need not know,
rather feel deep inside.
Before it was banned by
the artificial lights of humanity,
it made the women bleed,
regularly, together,
made the blood flow,
cleansed and purified
all men, women and children.
So much is forgotten,
banned, trodden out of our consciousness.
This darkened moon makes me feel sad.
