the way i understood:
..."dissolved out" NOT into ascension, but rather the very opposite: to the other side of the black hole, where yet another (eternally repeating) recreation of a physical reality is.

Souls stuck in fear (pretty much all of us on this website ;) btw), rather than letting go and completely dissolving into Unity Consciousness at passing on are caught in this "wish-woosh pulsation", also known as a process of reincarnation, and are simply spat through and out at the other side of these galactic gates (of which there are myriads - in my humble knowing...)
