It's a fine balance embracing and expressing the ray 4 diplomat in me -- integrating empathy and catalysis just rightly so. I find myself swinging too far to either side many times: pouring out my heart in an anything goes mode without helping to catalyze shifts -- or being too emboldened and aggressive about shaking things up without enough acceptance and compassion for where the person is at.
