it's so nice to hear from you and thank you for sharing your experiences. It is encouraging to know that others have similar experiences and how they deal with them.
In my meditation this morning I saw some greys and told them that I see them and that they have to leave my field. Then I did the up and down spiral as Open showed us. I saw many going up and some going down.
I will continue to work on dealing with the greys and their energies.
