Tantric life

I've been feeling a lot of kundalini energy over the past few days, which often feels sexual. Interestingly, a book about Tantra came to me—an alchemical practice where we hold the energy and channel or express it when it feels right. Meanwhile, I'm mastering the art of being the container that doesn’t react to this energy.(Funny enough, as I write this, a refrigerator is being delivered to the place where I'm staying! Lol)
This practice is closely linked to delayed gratification. The mind, always seeking an end goal or resolution, needs to be softened.
The energy feels magical, adventurous, and almost indescribable. It’s as if everything I witness—a butterfly on a flower, musicians jamming, the wind through the leaves—is an expression of this energy, offering a sensual and intimate experience. True enjoyment lies in the cultivation of energy itself, not just in the eventual completion
How can I be in this the whole time? Im travelling at the moment and hence it feels easy to see this in the new experiences. The regular life with all its objective seldom recognise this energy and takes the juice out of life.
I'm realizing that Tantra is not just about sexual energy; it is life itself where we are dancing with our twin flame.
I had imagined multidimensionality as something filled with visions and otherworldly experiences—and maybe it is—but I am now seeing it in the simplest things in life.
