An entity can only come into your field and stay there through some degree of unconsciousness in your field. And therefore it points to unconsciousness. Therefore it's a means of your own evolution.

Clearly, you have a lot of fear about the subject - fear of itself will draw them in!

So the first thing to work with is the fear - what are you actually afraid of? That they'll come into your field? They already are in most people - it's just that most people aren't conscious of it. It's actually the nature of the field around us, they're a part of the landscape.

When dealing with the situation, the first thing to do is to breathe, relax and soften your reaction. The mind might be whirling loops, but work to relax in the body around that - not needing to stop it. Especially soften into the chakras and work to infuse your own consciousness there - this is probably where they're attaching.

But definitely, they're inviting you to evolve your consciousness - especially around the fear. I would encourage you working with a facilitator to explore your reactivity to them, so that you're not presenting a target in the field. I would reach out to Tilly about it... contact us
