I couldn't sleep this night trying to understand if this energy a collegaue of mine passed on was mine to feel through or whether I was overempathising. In the end I came to the understanding that there was some truth in it for me to take on but the actual energy was not mine to work through. If I may say so this website means the world to me but it shows that it's headed by a catalyst not an empath.
