Thank you for being so open about this. As coincidence would have it I have found myself reading a lot about this topic the in just the last few weeks and the ringing of truth has been very clear to me. It also makes sense when put in context with certain technological 'progressions', the existing social and economic systems etc. I haven’t worked a lot on my energy lately, mores the shame. However when I was doing immersed in practice, I am pretty sure I expelled one of these entities. I felt a nagging sensation around my head one day pushed my energy outwards. Immediately I felt lightness and a clear voice which actually called me an 'asshole' which was quite startling. I found that during this time I did lean towards clairaudience and it wasn’t the first time I had heard instructive negative vocabulary from outside my true being. Notably this happened during a time when I was repeating positive words to myself over a course of 3-4 days. Regarding the high pitched frequencies someone mentioned earlier. I have actually had the experience of one of these actually helping to clear the air around me. Saying that, I have also experienced different levels of frequencies - I can’t be sure but maybe about three different levels. Some have been accompanied a tightening around my temples. It seems that the more clear frequency. Clear as in quite high but clean and lifting has been the positive one - as opposed to a constant frequency much as you would imagine on an old TV when the programming had finished. However I suppose attention needs to be paid to the accompanying sensations. Personally I can only come to the conclusion that these high pitched frequencies are indications of 'a’ presence. It’s up to us to discern which frequencies are benevolent and which are not. I appear to have written rather more than intended. Best wishes Helena x
