I totally understand the desire to get rid of implants and entities when you recognise you have them. 💙 However, the most essential thing to realise is that they can only attach due to unconsciousness or lack of soul infusion in that particular area of your field. Hence meditation, self-realisation and soul infusion is utterly crucial to the removal and healing process. Otherwise, they will simply return and reattach.
