Hi Open,

In the last couple of days when checking in with Avalonia it felt like there is a lot of fiery activity going on within the planet. Almost like the outbursts happening on the sun, but internal.

When i checked in with Avalonia this morning, it literally saw a dragon made from pure flames jumping at me, jaws wide open. Like as if Avalonia was fully loaded with fire energy, ready to shoot - ready to release at least some of it.

I've been feeling highly energised these days, on the one hand it takes me quite some effort to stay centered and not have myself burn out overcommitting to my creative endeavours. I don't want to stop working, not even take breaks. It's tough to sleep at night. So much energy!

On the other hand i feel rock solid, like a pillar made from compacted earth. I feel meditation is extremely important now to integrate the energies and it feels 'easy' to sit in silence for long periods.
