Curiously I felt to take this picture of the clouds outside my house right in the 5 minute break during the Golden Age retreat, while we were exploring the affects of it. I wanted to share it but couldn't get the photo on my laptop due to tech problems.

I think the clouds speak right into what we were feeling. Notice the denser and lighter aspects along with the pulse seeming to come from it. Also an energy which is overseeing it.
