I donโ€™t really know where to start with a response but felt to reply here.

I feel a resonance in what you have highlighted, around being both victim and perpetrator over lifetimes. In what I feel to be an Egypt-like setting, after being terribly abused myself, I feel that I then forced others to undergo the same thing, as just one example. The realisation of what I did has just hit me as I had never felt into it before now.

Your post has also reflected the rescuer, which is a very timely reflection for me personally. I spent nearly 20 years trying to rescue victims of child abuse in this lifetime, which has fed into/created another layer of identity which I am working hard to address.

There are so many layers to your post which I am still processing but thank you for sharing it here. Iโ€™m grateful that you did.
