An amazing week... I would use the word "rebirth" to describe what has happened to me personally during this retreat. I was born again. Many of the karmic, emotional, and mental layers were broken. And together, we emerged as strong dragons. No more compromises...
What are the main things I've come to realize?
The torus is our natural state- I don't know how many times I've heard this, but it struck me strongly this time. The phrase "natural" has a significant impact, as one of the openhanders stated.

No more identification—it's time to let go of the dramas outside and focus entirely on feelings and the process.

Regaining sovereignty : It is a lifelong process. But I'm confident I can succeed.

Authentic expression - "Let me ride with the dragons" . Obtaining freedom of expression.

There is still a long way to go. However, I have the keys, and we shall come out together.

I owe a debt of gratitude to the Openhand crew and my fellow travelers for their invaluable energies and presence. It was a once-in-a-lifetime retreat, in my opinion. Until next year, see you everyone.
