Two crucial points to emphasize: 1) We must keep expressing that this understanding must go BEYOND doctrine (in this case Buddhism) so as to make it real for us individually, and NOT to cause separation through worshipping something outside; 2) Yes, the practice must be tangible, real and grounded in metaphysics. The problem of the New Age movement is that it's often disconnected from reality and thereby done a disservice to the Ascension. We must always challenge such viewpoints that have no substance to them. I think this experience does provide an understanding of what the term "Golden Age" actually means.

You raise a fascinating question: how does this Golden Tara energy relate to Gaia?

I experienced two interrelated dynamics on that particular aspect of the pilgrimage - when out on the ground. Firstly I felt the rising kundalini coming into the 3rd Eye and weaving with a golden light. It was reflected externally in stones, especially within the waterfall, and one key one that looked like the head of a Golden serpent. It felt like this was an expression of Gaia's rising kundalini. However, it then felt like there was another energy that was there in 6D and had descended to actively encourage this rising. That I put down to the Golden Tara. I would say it's a similar dynamic to how Kali is encouraging Gaia in the lower densities.

That's my sense of it at this time.
