04/01/2023 Shift Update

The Openhand Inner Team met last night on zoom, and one of the things we all agreed was the feeling in the human field, at a societal level, of gloom, despondency and inertia. It's in sharp contrast to the vibrant infusion of Star Being Energies. It's bound to happen. There's going to be a massive ongoing health reaction to the plandemonium in the years ahead. The hyped, artificial build-up to Christmas has now expired. What do many people truly have to look forward to?

That's why here at Openhand I'm constantly talking about the importance of attuning your spiritual orientation and focus, especially at this time of year, and especially as we begin a new cycle.

It's important to notice those dense energies, and be aware of their source. Especially if it's impacting you. Perhaps you have a clearing cold or flu? Be aware you're most likely clearing out old energies. But then it's crucial to work with those - detox by focusing the diet on conscious and more raw food; plenty of meditation like the Openhand Bow; deep consciousness bodywork like Openhand's soulmotion to clear your physical field. And then keep working to open to the infusing light, breaking past doubt and negativity.

This needs now to be a constant daily practice, like an athelete, especially due to the density circulating through society. Make sure you're taking suplements to boost the immune system - such as vitamin C. Pine Needle Tea is a great detox solution. We need to make sure we break free from that and keep moving with positivity.
