I wanted to share here my recent experience with 'viruses'. Several years ago, a few months prior to my full blown kundalini awakening, I went through what is called the 'chicken pox caused by varicella virus'. At the age of 40, It came with the most horrible headache to date, very stubborn high fever and huge blisters accompanied by significant pain all over my body. However, all along the process I was also feeling a rewiring, healing and adjustment of energetic nature. Once the process was complete, I felt re-energised, with a wholly renewned outlook on life having been purged and healed, integrated and expanded on so many levels and layers of my physical and etheric existence!!

I felt this 'virus ' was a signpost that I have reached a certain level of 'vibration ' and a reviring and purging was now inevitable. I am positive the consequent renewal happened on a cellular level.

Two things to add. Not long ago this 'virus ' returned in the form of a mild shingles. But, once the remnants of related old trauma stored in my body were acknowledged, integrated and healed, it also cleared up beautifully.

Ps: I heard that in ancient India chicken pox was also called 'the fury of the SHAKTI/Goddess/Princess ' - a name also used for our Universal Life Energy, Kundalini.
