Hi Megha, just last night in meditation, I was filling an upwelling from the planetary solar plexus and up into the chest/heart area. It felt like palpitations of acid reflux. I felt it also when driving back across the Jordan. I associate it with the strong movement of magma, under the surface of the planet, which is readying to break out.

When it comes, it's going to be timely - to shock people out of their ongoing slumber in the Simulation. We must orientate now toward the Shift, and ready ourselves for the humungous transformation set to gear up.

Let's keep our fingers on the pulse.
