During the last AExchange I was able to feel into the new, very vibrant and fast energy, it felt incredible!  In the days before I have felt energy building up, but thought it was because I was doing more physical exercise and intermittent fasting. I feel I can connect up faster and can stay in the higher vibrational space much easier also whilst being at the supermarket and at work. I feel very sensitive. However it also stirred up karma which feels very intense, fear whether I will be able to do go through it all. I have been working with it and it seems that I could already process parts of it , I will see. Yesterday and today I feel so light and bright and a trust of going through it day by day. It seems that a very vibrational energy is lingering around once I have touched it and is stirring up both higher and lower frequencies. I feel so much gratitude for what is unfolding !
