Hi Dawie - greetings and welcome to Openhand 🙏

Inner purification is an essential part of Kundalini activation, absolutely. But we need to understand something essential that this is leading to. It's not then just going back to the way we were once living, according to the ego, but just in a more purified state. It's about recognising we need to move beyond the ego altogether. What do I mean?

It's about realising there's a natural flow to life that wants to animate through us. And to give that space to "speak" in any given moment. To be coming from that flow as opposed to still imposing what the ego is wanting.

Here's my intuitive opinion about the dizziness and "vertigo" you were experiencing. Kundalini had activated to some degree, but you needed to integrate it - to ground it through the lower chakras. This could be done through deep conscious bodywork for example and chakra attunements. The problem with taking medication is that it will likely have dampened the Kundalini activation.

But assuming at some point you come off the medication, and the kundalini rises again, then I would say the best way forwards would be to work in the infusion of soul through the lower vehicles.

To be clear, Kundalini will likely expand you into the higher chakras, but it must be fully integrated through ALL of them so as to be stabilised in our being.

Well wishes
