What I'm witnessing in the Openhand gatherings and work is how helpful it can be to feel your inherrent natural vibration, even if that's in contrast to what's going on around you in regular life. It's like bringing home to you and actually embodying it, enhancing a greater sense of well-being and acceptance.

Now more than ever, it's important we embody these natural frequencies. Not only are they a great booster for our own lives but also they're absolutely fundamental to the shift - the catalyst that so many need.
