Its a recurring theme. Usually when i have had days of expansion and breakthrough , i think it in terms of reaching somewhere,i express it here ,it comes crashing down so that i can see the spiritual identity poking its head. There's a famous character called 'naranathu bhranthan' ( a mad fellow)in my language from a poem and all he does all day is rolling a big rock up a mountain and drops it from there. He laughs uncontrollably then. This helps to see the light and brighter side. Haha..
