Hi Barb,

I honour that you're desiring to change. It sounds like maybe you've begun some tentative steps toward deep and lasting change.

In reading your comment, it speaks to me of a degree of confusion and complexity, which is likely burying the ultimate simplicity of the path and spiritual development.

It's no suprise - the world right now is getting ever more complex by the day, including the myriad of spiritual practices and suggestions.

I would suggest working to keep it simple. Pick one thing you can work on in any given day. It could be any of the following:

1) Increasing time spent in meditation
2) Breaking through addictions and cravings
3) Finding presence in day-to-day activities

Pick that one thing and go to work on it, no matter how much resistance or inertia you might feel. Work into it. This will most likely help build momentum leading to progressive spiritual growth.

On a related point, when moving house, that happens spiritually as we 'move house within'. In other words, as we shift from one key configuration of being to another. So if the house move gets stuck in the external, the invitation is to go to work to shift consciousness on the internal. Then things should ease and flow better.

Well wishes
