We must not be afraid to let go of old constructs in our lives so that the new may come through. It's about creating inner space for a new possibility to emerge. It was wonderful, for example, to see a full house of (practically) all newbies at the Openhand AVALONIA seminar last night in Glastonbury.

Let's let go of the old, and say "Yes!!" to the new.
