Prior to the Sedona retreat I had been seeing animal transport and animal feed trucks everywhere but didn’t know why. As I was out driving today, a small animal transporter pulled out in front of me. I followed it, paying attention. As the transport moved into another lane, I passed it and looked inside. There were two calves inside and one of them locked eyes with me.

In that moment, I felt Gaia’s karma around the slaughter of animals for food, along with the cruelty of the dairy industry, and the suffering caused to those beautiful creatures.

As I held the enquiry and felt I to it, the words ‘allowing’ and ‘enabling’ came in strongly, along with an overwhelming and unstoppable emotional release.

Immediately afterwards, this song ‘randomly’ played on the radio…
